I saw a piece in on your site or on Instagram that's not listed in the store. How do I find out whether it's available?
Work posted to Instagram or in my portfolio might be for a commission, a work-in-progress or a recent work I haven't added to the store yet.
The piece you're interested in might also be available as a gallery quality Giclée print. Gallery quality Giclée prints are on natural white,
matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson K3 archival inks. Framing is also available.

You can also send inquiries to kel.knaga@gmail.com to see if the original piece you're interested will become available or request
a piece being added to the print shop.

All artwork on this site has been created and copyrighted by Kelly Knaga. I reserve the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote my work. No artwork may be reproduced by any process without my written permission.

I try my best to provide an accurate digital image of each painting.  Brightness, contrast, and color may vary on different screens and devices. I'm happy to provide additional photos of a piece before purchase. You can email your request to kel.knaga@gmail.com.

Shipping
At this time I only ship within the Continental U.S. Orders typically ship within 5 business days after the item is purchased. Orders are usually shipped through USPS Priority Mail. The customer will receive an email with tracking information once shipment has been sent. All artwork is wrapped carefully and shipped flat. If you are located outside of the Continental U.S. and would like to purchase a painting please email me for shipping estimates.

If you need rush delivery please contact me prior to purchase. A separate invoice will be sent to cover rush delivery fees.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be returned in same condition as received. In the event that a package is damaged during shipping please keep the wrapping and contact me.
